The goal of this practicum was to provide a go-to-market strategy for iFyber to expand their ventures into North Carolina. The team deliverables included a market segmentation of the stratification of companies, a scope of the total addressable CRO market based on concentric rings expanding from the RTP area, and a competitive landscape analysis.

Mentor: Dr. Steve Lerner
Our research explored the current industry perspectives on the use of probiotics and supplemental enzymes in animal agriculture. Our team presented a market survey to explore the integration of probiotics and enzymes into the animal agriculture industry, gauging current utilization, stakeholder perceptions, barriers to adoption, and potential areas for growth. The project produced a comprehensive analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, customer needs, and regulatory landscapes to identify untapped opportunities for Novonesis.
